Perrin No Rules 2016 (Comstock Park, MI) -15% ABV- Bourbon Barrel Aged Vietnamese Porter!!! – No Rules were followed throughout the creation of this ale. This gigantic Imperial Porter is deceptively smooth & subtly sweet. Some say it tastes like a Mounds candy bar soaked in bourbon, others will find flavors of coconut, vanilla, cinnamon & coffee. This brew is one of the best…ever & we’ve kept ours aging since 2016 just for fun…enjoy while it lasts! $13 10oz
Great Divide Chocolate Oak Aged Yeti 2015 (Denver, CO) -9.5% +/- ABV Imperial Stout – Another revered incarnation of GD’s legendary imperial stout. Cocoa nibs contribute a pleasing bitterness, while vanilla notes from the oak combine to create an aroma & flavor akin to a gourmet chocolate bar. We bought our Yeti and then aged it in our cellar…for kicks (and to see how delicious the passage of time can make this bad boy)! Let us know what you think! $9 10oz
Dogfish Head 120 Minute 2015 (Milton, PA) -15%-20% ABV!!!- The Imperial India Pale Ale!! – Brewed to a colossal 45-degree plato, boiled for a full 2 hours while being continuously hopped with high-alpha American hops, then dry-hopped, aged for another month on a bed of dry-hops before packaging…whew! Brewed only 3 times/year…this bad boy is rare. Buy it 3 years ago, age it in your own cellar and then serve it next to it’s younger brother…now that’s Teller’s rare. From us to you…enjoy! $12 10oz
