Golden Imperial Porter (Golden, CO) -9.5% ABV- Barrel Aged Imperial Porter – This lager was brewed with specially roasted malts from Colorado Malting Co., Colorado-grown hops, & the oldest strain of brewer’s yeast in the state. Some of this beer was aged in whiskey barrels from Laws Whiskey House. Rich chocolate flavors with hints of coffee, vanilla & roasted malt . $6 10oz
A.C. Golden Kriek (Golden, CO) -5.2% ABV- Belgian-Style Barrel Aged Kriek w/ Sour Cherries – The Hidden Barrel Collection from A.C. Aged in Van Winkle Family Reserve bourbon barrels this ale shines with a malt forward front, a chocolate & creamy middle, with a smooth & dissipating high class whiskey finish. $7 10oz
Telluride+SKA+Freshcraft Blushing Guppy (Telluride, CO) -5.3% ABV- Red Ale – Starting with inspiration from a classic, Ska’s Pinstripe Red & the industry’s trendiest style, the NE IPA! The result is a poundable red ale with massive tropical fruit goodness from insane amounts of Idaho 7 & Eldorado hops. This sessionable beer lives up to its Juice Red concept! $6 16oz / $3.25 8oz
Perrin No Rules 2016 (Comstock Park, MI) -15% ABV- Bourbon Barrel Aged Vietnamese Porter – No Rules were followed throughout the creation of this ale. This gigantic Imperial Porter is deceptively smooth & subtly sweet. Some say it tastes like a Mounds candy bar soaked in bourbon, others will find flavors of coconut, vanilla, cinnamon & coffee. This brew is one of the best…ever & we’ve kept ours aging since 2016 just for fun…enjoy while it lasts! $13 10oz
Breckenridge Twenty Five 2015 (Littleton, CO) -9.8% ABV- Rum Barrel Aged Vanilla Porter – Celebrating 25 years of craftsmanship. The recipe starts with an imperial version of Vanilla Porter, resulting in more prominent flavors & higher alcohol. Then it is allowed to relax in rum barrels for 2 months with 1/4 lb. of split Mexican vanilla beans in every cask. The result is luxury in a glass. $8 10oz
Great Divide Chocolate Oak Aged Yeti 2015 (Denver, CO) -9.5% +/- ABV Imperial Stout – Another revered incarnation of GD’s legendary imperial stout. Cocoa nibs contribute a pleasing bitterness, while vanilla notes from the oak combine to create an aroma & flavor akin to a gourmet chocolate bar. We bought our Yeti and then aged it in our cellar…for kicks (and to see how delicious the passage of time can make this bad boy)! Let us know what you think! $9 10oz
Green Flash Barleywine 2013 (San Diego, CA) -10.9% ABV(+/-)- Barleywine Ale – For the second year we were open, Teller’s hoarded all the Green Flash Barleywine they would send to CO & stashed a bunch. This seems like the perfect opportunity to pull some out & try it. Over time GF’s Barleywine evolves from a bold, hop-forward, citrusy brew to a wonderfully complex ale with flavors of toffee, date & fig. $8.5 10oz
Dogfish Head 120 Minute 2015 (Milton, PA) -15%-20% ABV!!!- The Imperial India Pale Ale – Brewed to a colossal 45-degree plato, boiled for a full 2 hours while being continuously hopped with high-alpha American hops, then dry-hopped, aged for another month on a bed of dry-hops before packaging…whew! Brewed only 3 times/year…this bad boy is rare. Buy it 3 years ago, age it in your own cellar and then serve it next to it’s younger brother…now that’s Teller’s rare. From us to you…enjoy! $12 10oz
